5. How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information when reasonably necessary to the following recipients:
- Service providers. - Professional advisers and authorities. Lawyers, accountants, auditors, insurers, financial institutions, government agencies, regulators, courts, law enforcement, or other parties when required or reasonably necessary for compliance, claims, safety, fraud prevention, or protection of rights.
- Business transactions. Actual or prospective buyers, investors, lenders, advisers, or other parties involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, sale, reorganization, bankruptcy, or transfer of all or part of our business or assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.
- At your direction or with consent. Other parties you ask us to involve or authorize us to contact.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not disclose mobile opt-in data or consent to third parties for their own marketing. We may allow certain advertising or analytics technologies to collect online identifiers or activity for cross-context behavioral advertising where enabled; some state laws may define that activity as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising even when no money is exchanged.
6. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Technologies
Our website may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, session-replay or similar technologies. These technologies may be operated by us or by service providers and may support the following purposes:
- Strictly necessary – website operation, security, form submission, fraud prevention, and user-requested functions.
- Functional – remembering settings and improving site features.
- Analytics – understanding traffic, performance, and how visitors use the website.
- Advertising – measuring campaigns and, where used, presenting or evaluating interest-based advertising.
You can manage cookies through available website controls and your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect website functionality. Where required, non-essential technologies will be used only after consent. Our response to browser-based Do Not Track signals may vary because there is no uniform industry standard. Where legally required and technically supported, we will treat a recognized opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising for the browser or device sending the signal.
7. Email and Text Message Communications
Transactional communications
If you provide contact information, we may contact you about your inquiry, estimate, appointment, order, delivery, installation, warranty, service request, account, or other business relationship. These are transactional or service-related communications.
Marketing email
Where permitted, we may send promotional email. You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or by contacting us. We may still send non-promotional messages needed to complete a transaction, provide requested service, or protect legal rights.
SMS/text messages
If you expressly opt in to receive text messages, Euroline may send recurring automated or non-automated texts to the mobile number you provide. Messages may include estimate follow-up, appointment reminders, project and order updates, service communications, and, only if separately authorized, marketing. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing. We may disclose that information to service providers solely to deliver and support our messaging program or as required by law.
8. Payment Information
Payments may be processed by banks, payment processors, financing providers, or other financial-service companies under their own privacy notices and security practices. Euroline may receive transaction identifiers, amount, payment status, billing contact details, and limited payment metadata, but generally does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers. Do not send full card or bank credentials through ordinary email, text, social media, or an unsecured web form.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, manage projects and warranties, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect security, and satisfy legal, insurance, licensing, and regulatory obligations. Retention varies based on the type of information, the status and length of a customer or business relationship, warranty or limitation periods, legal requirements, and operational need. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete, de-identify, or securely dispose of it, subject to backup cycles and lawful exceptions.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website, email, wireless transmission, storage system, or security measure is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using appropriate care when sending sensitive project or payment information and for protecting any account credentials. If you believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, contact us promptly.
11. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
You may request that we:
- confirm whether we process your personal information and provide access to or a copy of it;
- correct inaccurate personal information;
- delete personal information, subject to legal and operational exceptions;
- provide certain information in a portable format;
- opt you out of targeted advertising, sale, or sharing, where applicable;
- limit or withdraw consent for certain processing, where applicable; or
- review an appeal if we deny a qualifying privacy request.
These rights depend on where you live and may be limited by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity and residency before completing a request. We may ask for information that reasonably matches our records, and we will use verification information only for that purpose. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted, but we may require proof of authorization and may still verify the consumer directly. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
To submit a privacy request or appeal, email euroline.nc@gmail.com with the subject line “Privacy Request” or contact us using Section 17. Please describe the request and provide enough information for us to identify relevant records.
12. Additional Notice for Residents of Certain U.S. States
Some state privacy laws require additional disclosures. In the preceding 12 months, we may have collected the categories described in Section 2, including identifiers; customer records; commercial information; internet or electronic activity; approximate geolocation derived from IP address; professional or employment-related information for business contacts and applicants; audio, visual, or similar information; and inferences based on product or project interests. We collect these categories from the sources in Section 3, use them for the purposes in Section 4, and disclose them to the recipient categories in Section 5.
We do not knowingly sell personal information for money. To the extent our use of advertising or analytics technologies constitutes sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable law, you may opt out through any cookie-preference control made available on our website or by contacting us. We do not knowingly use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit under applicable law. We do not offer financial incentives for personal information.
13. Children’s Privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
14. Third-Party Websites and Services
Our website or communications may link to third-party websites, social networks, payment services, financing providers, manufacturers, suppliers, or other services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. We are not responsible for third-party privacy, security, content, or practices.
15. International Visitors and Cross-Border Processing
Euroline is based in the United States. If you interact with us from another country, your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers, manufacturers, suppliers, or project partners operate. Those countries may have different privacy laws. Where required, we use appropriate legal bases and safeguards for cross-border processing.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, services, or legal obligations. We will post the updated Policy and revise the “Last updated” date. If required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent. Your continued interaction with us after an update is subject to the updated Policy to the extent permitted by law.
